The best rate that you show on the screenshots is not a guarantee that I will get exactly that amount after the exchange. During the exchange rate can change (this is what happens often), so I would like to ask you how you can guarantee the best result?
Very simple.
Especially for our customers, we offer 2 exchange rates:
- Fixed rate (1%). We guarantee that you get the price you see at the point of initiating a transaction.
- Float rate (0.5%). We fix the rate when funds are received in our wallet, our customers have the opportunity to employ their market insight to get better deals.
In the comparison screenshot, the Float rate is specifically used, since Changelly does not have a fixed rate. Therefore, for comparison, on ShapeShift, Changelly, Fixedfloat, we use only the Float rate.
We can make a comparison at a fixed rate, but then only FixedFloat and ShapeShift will participate in the comparison. Thanks for the idea, by the way!)
