I can see TIER 1, 0-1 BTC will be counted as a regular player who does not have any reward like rakeback or cash back. But TIER 2, 1-10 BTC will get 5% rakeback and cashback. So if his wager is 3.5 BTC then he is TIER 2 and will get 5% rakeback and cashback. Is not it a good opportunity for him?
