"must complete KYC" doesn't sound like it's optional. If it only refers to the promotion, giving personal information and passing KYC is too much for a $20 bonus. I understand that it is a question of protection against multi-accounting, but there would have to be some other way to make it happen.

I’m not aware about the KYC terms that you brought up. I remember some user here that has an old account but undergo KYC after reaching a certain amount of withdrawal/deposit. I’m not playing anymore on the casino after the tournament rewards decrease significantly but that time they are not too strict with KYC.
