Today they could easily score 180+ runs considering the run rate they had at the beginning but now I think they will not be able to score ever 135 runs.

Big ground and decent bowling attack in ipl ruins the party for batsmen and spectators.

@royse if curator keep creating slow pitch like this for ipl then it can help new crop of batsmen or bowlers immensely in longer run. Not good in short term for financial point of view tho.

SRH also have the same problem. So far I have seen as long as Bairstow is in the pitch their scoring rate is good even Warner struggles to cope with the require rate.

It will be interesting to see if SRH lose Bairstow and Warner early.

Good change from the past 2 overs. Thahir and Deepak got the 2 wickets now they are also in the same situation like how the chennai was in the same over. Lets see whether they will make the changes with the bowling performance in this match also.

Yeh, good to see SRH to win and kept their chances high however it's againg Jonny Bairstow. If he would not score then we could see different result. Like I said when Bairstow performs they do well. In fact it's not about Bairstow it's their middle order. Their middle order is failing.

Same is happening with CSK. Both team needs to improve their middle order.

By the way, does anyone have the winner in mind?
I think it will be CSK again.

Once again, the scoring slows down after the 10th over. Warner and Bairstow scored at almost 10 runs per over, but the batsmen who came after them (Vijay Shankar, Hooda.etc) were not even able to score one run per ball. This has become the norm for the IPL. The steamers are proving very very expensive and the spinners are putting the breaks.

I am not following matches much these days except for last few overs. So can't really predict anything but DC playing in home turf today and kotla ground is good for batting traditionally. But that's not the case here in this season, curator ruining the all fun but still I am expecting 170+ run chase here unless we see any magical spells from both sides.

If that's the case then would like to see rishab and shryas beating the shit out of Mumbai Indian's bowlers specially pandaya and bumrah lol. That would be treat to watch if rishab show aggression with his bat and go bonkers on 22 yard pitch.

Not confident about which team will win and also yes I lost too much in the last two weeks so I am in very tight budget LOL It will be hard for me to lose more while not much confident about my pick.

I am also favouring Pant. In the last match he was playing a monster innings meaning he is well ahead then MI's bowlers. He may hit big today as well. Only around 15 minutes to go.

Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to bat. It will be an interesting chase for DC if MI score a good total.

You are right however seeing 140+ runs on the board and have 1.2 balls remaining looks not bad for MI. It will be interesting to see how DC response.

EDIT: 5th ball is a six, 6th ball is a four and the run is 150. One over left. 165+ (?) may be.

EDIT2: Well it's 168 runs. When I saw Rabada I thought it's not going to happen but MI did it. 169 runs in this pitch is very much hight score. We will see the response from DC.
