His salary is around average so no difference. TNT really needs a big man so he will be used much compare to NLEX. He just needs to show his best. And to my knowledge, TNT's approach to their player is much stricter compare to NLEX, even stricter than Guiao.

He was not given good minutes but when he played, he can bank shots when needed, I remember in the past when he plays, I saw that he has a good stroke on perimeter shots and a good 3 point shooter as well as a big man.

They are signing him that means they are giving him a chance to prove himself more, I am not sure how much he will make them but I am pretty sure it's not a max contract.
