It's better to have passive income than speculative like in crypto, I prefer to invest it too in things that interest me like real estates. Bought a land near tourist spots or near commercial areas and for rent it, it may took long to get back the capital but it's a good investment that can last for long. 60 BTC is a huge amount of money so you should take care of it and invest what you think is good. For me you don't need to invest in projects like exchanges, wallets, and gambling websites,  because you are putting your bitcoin at risk. It's best to use it for trading and the rest of the bitcoin is to use bitcoin as an invesment. This will make you earn faster, especially if you know how to trade and use your patience wisely.

Your idea will be risky since you mentioned that is if you have no knowledge in designing and would hire a team to start your business. And if wver you will start your own business in crypto there had been plenty of gambling sites, wallet, coin that are created every day and it might even drain your funds developing your business and paying someone to develop it.
