But everything changed yesterday. I asked the support if this "process" started, the support guy, said everything different "I've to ask for it & confirm it": ~
You are having a wrong assumption, the support didn't say that they have started the recovery process. The support had only confirmed that they have followed your complaint and discussed with the payment provider to know what they can do for you. You made a mistake here. So, you have to show some patience there.
What assumption you're talking about, they're facts!

So if u carefully read, i'm not accusing, I just shared my second and last experience I had with them which come with proofs too. That ain't about patience at all cuz as said I was happy with that reply, is about how the next day other guy from support said me well that process is not even take in consideration yet because I didn't confirm, confirm what if the first support guy said me is all good i've to wait up to 60 days. So in few words if I were come back in 60 days, they was just saying well u didn't confirmed that ... make sense ?
