We are very sorry to inform you that your order shipment will be delayed till late May due to the unexpected chip supply shortage on the market. The batch that was supposed to arrive at our warehouse was delayed due to the chipset shortage, thus impacting all of the orders after March 3rd, including yours. More details about the chip supply shortage can be found in the recently featured articles on The Washington Post and CNBC.
This is out of our expectation and we are deeply sorry for not being able to deliver your goods in time. The latest update we have from the chip manufacturer is that the chipsets we ordered will arrive in the mid-May, hence the pre-order packages can be ready for shipping by the 3rd or 4th week in May.
We know this is hurting your feelings badly and it does the same to us, too. If you prefer not to wait and want to cancel the order, we fully respect your decision. You can find how to cancel an order from here.
