he wanted His account to be closed/banned because he is a gambling addict things that i find stupid because even if his account got banned, he can easily create one to play if he cannot prevent himself from playing.

About 9 hours ago i made a deposit of 47 XRP and it has not been credited to my account untill now

The transaction is successful on xrp network

I have been able to deposit xrp/ltc/btc before

My transaction has the correct address and destination tag- i have checked it 10 times

So far i have yet to receive any proper support sadly, the live chat on site told me to email and the email person told me they have forwarded it to their 'specialists'

It is very bizarre that a crypto deposit is not credited, i could understand if it was btc and no confirmations - but xrp is very fast and it has reached 1xbit 100%

I have sent all the details to the representative here on PM as well, will update when i receive any support/help
