It would be fair to mention that we have re-opened your account, so you were able to withdraw your deposits.
The winnings weren't received in a fair way, thus they were returned to the bookmaker.

We can ask the security team to check someone's account, but we don't see the info ourselves due to privacy reasons.
The only way to receive the exact reason is to request it from the connected to your 1xBit account email.

We seem to be going in circles. The reason I reached out here for help was because your support email did not help me tell what T&C did I actually violate. Looks like you are as useless as they are. Since the only thing, I can do now is give you a negative rating, I have done it. I can remove it if you can give me my fair winnings.
P.S: For everyone reading this, they can scam you anytime. I was their customer since December and they pulled this scam on me in May because I won ~13.4mbtc in one day with a deposit of ~1.5mbtc. So if anyone here still plays there hoping that they wont be scammed you are 100% wrong. Withdraw your money and stay away from this site!
