Perhaps, it is a story to tell that Bitcoin exists more than a decade, people are using it, and they find it legit.
Should we need Trump and Putin to clearly say Bitcoin is legit and not scam? I don't think that US President will do that because he is against crypto since before...

Well, bitcoin is legit. At least, that is what I know about bitcoin. I can make real money from bitcoin, and so far, I am still trying to make more money. I don't know what people reason to say bitcoin is not legit, but I only think that people do not benefit from bitcoin, so they say like that. But I don't want to force people to say bitcoin is legit because that will depend on bitcoin's perspective. It is up to them to judge bitcoin because they use bitcoin or not because I do not know. But bitcoin is for everyone who believes and wants to use bitcoin.

Bitcoin already survive for more than a decade already and it has been better from where it started I don't know what you are really asking here.
Your question here depends on each point of view it is legit for those who believes it and not for those who have lost a lot and decided to quit on it.
You could never know how much time it has or how long it would last and I don't know how would you say that it would be better because for me it is better compare to it's low value last year.

john mcaffee said that bitcoin is not legit  . you believe on that ? people here are common so  if we say that bitcoin is legit wont you believe us ? the truth is that mcaffee lied bigtime when he said that on public and take note that the guy has a big reputation so im thinking that other reputable person can do this or can use thier reputation to destroy a thing that they dont like . the only member on this forum that has a high reputation are some staff , old memebers , and dt memebers and theyl prolly say that btc is legit .

I think Bitcoin is perfectly legal to use and in some countries it even uses Bitcoin and there are no problems with using it, but why don't you trust Bitcoin, I think you should really learn more about using Bitcoin and how. Bitcoin has evolved until recently, so you can understand what Bitcoin is in the future.

Bitcoin is not a corporation or a group of individuals doing anything wrong with the planets, so why is it illegal? The legitimacy of bitcoin will depend upon its intrinsic value. Its like digital wallet that is only available on the internet.

If you will browse his post history, he has a lot of threads created but some of them are really meaningless. What I want to say is, questions that you can answer yourself by common sense. So I don't know if the OP is trolling the forum or he is serious about stating his opinions? But just to give brief answer whether bitcoin is legit or not. Absolutely legit! Because if it is not, maybe up until now you can't convert it to your fiat. So for me, that's the easy answer on that. Bitcoin has equivalent fiat value in the market. This is the reason why you can spend it in so many ways. I don't know what's the point of the OP here. If he doesn't believe in btc, why is he still in the forum?  

I won't go here if bitcoin is not legit. I am one of the proofs that bitcoin is legit because bitcoin is the one who helped me to earn a big amount of money. It's safeness depends on how will you protect it and if you give so much effort to protect your bitcoin then you will surely be having a safe transaction. You also need to have a lot of knowledge to keep your transaction safe and you have to know where to trade and where to sell your bitcoin so that you can minimize the transaction fee.

i think being legal and legit are two different word . op is asking if its legit and not if its legal or not .

 those people that said is legal can be biased because they are living on a country where btc is accepted by the government or in other words already legal but theres a country too where btc is not yet legal . its a wrong thinking to believe on what others are saying  but you can research it to find out if what they are saying is true or not  but if they say btc is legit , that is the truth  . no need to research for that
