Instead of continuing to regret the past you should seize the opportunity now, it is not too late for us to start with bitcoin. The market still has a lot of opportunities to make profits, right now we are in the bearish season and bitcoin is at a high discount.

If you think you have missed your chance in the past, now is your chance to correct your past mistakes, whether you really want to catch it or not is up to you. At the current discount rate, I believe that if you start holding, the profit you will get will be a huge profit, I can say it is a bigger return than any of your investments before.

FYI, You can still recover Bitcoin even you wallet is corrupted as long as you save your private key somewhere else because Bitcoin itself is indestructible from attacks because it’s recorded in the blockchain. Only the wallet can be damage but you can always reinstall and import your private key to recover your Bitcoin.

You are right that risk management is important in trading & investment but I think in case of Bitcoin DCA strategy ( Dollar cost average ) is more important because it is a precious & store of value and generally investors  accumulate it to book huge profit in the long term. For day or swing traders risk management/money management & good technical skills are very important to generate income in the short term.  

It can also be understood that land, houses, gold and silver are pre-existing things, real assets that we can touch, hold and need to use every day. In contrast, bitcoin is a virtual currency on the internet, with strong volatility, so people are afraid to invest. People tend to prefer safety over risk, only a few like taking risks to make a difference investing in bitcoin. Ignorance about bitcoin is the cause of their fear of bitcoin.

Yeah even though people have this way, it isn't restricted to Bitcoin Investment. How many times have we heard instances where people invested in other sectors like shares of companies and sometimes after the company closes down and you lost all your investment, this I have witnessed first hand so, people still lack the will to look and research what is in front of them and will always want to play safe however once they really understand what Bitcoin is, then they will have a second thought.

There are also such cases when a some one lost money investing in stocks or real estate, then based on his negative experience, he will no longer invest, but will prefer to simply store fiat, despite the fact that inflation will eat up its value with time. Better to have something than to lose everything. Many rich people failed, but they kept moving forward.

We should always try to learn and try to risk more, some investors and trader  in stocks or forex knows how to adjust in the market so it will be easier for them to adopt other or new skills but for newbies they should learn to start first and do action, it’s not enough that they have the idea they should make it work. In case of bitcoin many already knows it even before it pumps but many chooses to not use it since they are afraid to try and too scared that they might het scam. People who starts early can be lucky but they are more of a smart person and risk taker to think that there will be something more for bitcoin even it’s value before is less than $1 and despite of some negative news along with it. We are not required to have full 1 BTC we can start at small to lessen our anxiety whether we invest at the right time in BTC.

I don't blame those that don't accept bitcoin as another type of money. We, humans, are groomed to go for what we believe and trust in. People are only afraid because they don't see, touch, feel or understand how bitcoin come about. It takes a whole conviction to understand how bitcoin runs

maybe this is very influential, and I think this is one of the actions that must be considered to instill trust and confidence in people, especially for new investors, doubts from an early age have very side effects according to what I have noticed.
