Their TaC does not directly mention the presence of KYC, there is also no need to provide any personal data during registration, but in paragraph 8.2 of the TaC there is a mention of verifying the identity of the player if the withdrawal amount exceeds the deposited amount of funds and if you provide false personal data, your account will be closed and funds withdrawal will be refused.

It was mentioned in paragraph 8.9 that they reserve the right to ask for ID with a selfie or a sign prior to processing payout.

They can also ask for verification when processing deposits as stated in 7.3

So this means you can enforce kyc upon mere suspicion of violation right? That's apparently in your terms and conditions.

i believe this disposition is the same with some top casinos here. though they are stating it on their ToS about KYC requirements, still some are not obligating their users to submit their docs as long as they are not suspicious with your activities inside the casino. as a new player on this community, for sure they want customers as much as they can. but of course if the user is being abusive with their bonuses or rewards, i think it is only fair to for the casino to check the account itself.

actually for me the KYC problem is not a complicated problem, if you need to do it, if you don't need it, you don't need to do KYC, it's quite simple. but sometimes the gambler who prefers anonymity it will be very hard for him.

There is need for more information about their KYC procedure even though it is stated that, the casino is a non kyc it is still not sure if a player could possibly play successfully and having fund withdraw without being prompted and forced to provide KYC documents for verifications.
So the thing about kyc should be made clear, whether or not a casino is kyc compliant or not, for example if a casino claim to be a none kyc then it should be 100% so not that when a player want to make some certain amount of transaction they have to provide kyc. We still have some few casinos that allow huge amount running into millions of dollar without requesting for kyc even though they licensed but that is only possible with big casinos that are already reputable, but other newer casino will ask for kyc just for a few thousand of dollar transaction, so the difference should be either total decentralized none kyc vs centralized kyc let the players choose which one suit their privacy.
