If they don't entertain your case then you can try to create a scam accusation thread against them. You need to supply all the proof though, this will at least get the attention of DT here and may tag the account according to whatever response their representative here.

you better do as there are no even a addressing happening for a week now? you should create scam accusation and certain legal action as long as you can support your claims here .
remember that there are lots of potential players that may experience what you had if you will let this to pass like that.
A Week? A person contacted me 3 or 4 days ago (directly via TLG) and said this message belongs to him, So I assisted him and even I provided our discord to be in touch with the financial department.
We can't ask for an account info in Public, this is why we provide a direct link to our support via email or discord, so we can open a ticket and assist him out of Bitcointalk. (it's a case by case)
This place is dedicated to assist our players to join the customer service... the rest of the process is up to the player.
PS: If you believe that such drastic measures are needed, you are able to do everything that you are willing to. This is your right as a human being and we are enormously respecting it.
