They are not directly protected by labors laws or their government, they need to adjust their content and accounts to the Terms of Service of the platform they use to create their videos or shorts. Otherwise, they take the risk of losing their main source of profit...

Sure, they can make a lot and that is why they take advantage of how many sponsorships they can get, because one never knows when the momentum could end.  For them, the most important thing for their careers is to remain popular and revelant, hence why so many engage in reprehensible behaviors and actions.

This is correct. Popular influences, streamers, and personalities, have a hard time reaching what they are now. It involves spending big money, insane efforts, several attempts at doing content, and lots of hard work just to become popular and well-known.

That hard work will pay off once they now reached being a popular streamer and getting referrals might now be easy on them. They can just post their referral link and associate it with a promo sponsored by them and that's they where get more referrals.

But it doesn't need to be prioritized since their main income will come from the number of viewers. Referral bonuses on the other hand can not just be achieved just by users having signed up on the referral link. Sometimes, it needs a deposit from users.

I disagree, referral can be considered an income stream since it is a passive way of getting money through referrals.  This is one big reason why many gambling review site advertises their referral link.  They new that referral system when established would give them a continuous flow of income.

This referral program can make money or just waste time depending on the person who makes this referral.
Which means if someone makes referrals and can know how to spread referrals and attract the attention of big gamblers to register using these referrals, I'm sure that person will be able to get a lot of clients so they can make money from the referral program.
But for people who don't know how sharing referrals works or don't know how to get lots of clients and just share in the wrong place I think it's clear it will just be a waste of time because there won't be 1 person who can register using that referral link and only wasting time.

In the end, even if someone is successful in getting lots of clients from the referral program and making money from referrals, I think it should not be considered a permanent income because we all don't know what will happen on the gambling site or there will definitely be something wrong with referrals that can hinder us. get these profits and it would be better to consider this just a side income.

Yes, it's always an easy way for them to earn money and they do it whenever they get the chance. The subscribers or followers will always register through their links and sometimes those influencers try their best to share their own referral code and somehow psychologically make those situations where the subscribers or followers will add that code during registration. That way the influencers earn their profit and even if the subscribers or followers lose all of their money the influencer's pockets will get filled from both sides. Sometimes those casinos offer top influencers extra privileges and on those times they earn more profits from the referral program.

I agree that finding referrals are hard and some gambling system are exploiting this kind of scheme by not paying their hardworking affiliates the right amount.  But if a person had established his referral system, and the casino is paying fairly, this kind of system can even make a person upgrade his life status.  I have seen this kind of referral system although not in gambling casinos, make someone rich.

It needs a lot of hard work and planning in order to make the referral system work for us.
