Try to be patient. They are telling you to wait, with that large amount they need to verify if there's nothing suspicious on the account's activity, their system and everything. 2 days is still too early to accused them despite of answering them responsively answering your questions.

I see the customer care is just  a mess coupled with team not being specific on time and date to respond with their investigation result. I was wondering if they could release that kind of money to a winner if they truly have that financial strength to do so. I agree with you, however not only Duelbits but several other casinos will definitely do the same if their customers hit a big win and want to withdraw it.
This is a natural thing because casinos cannot just accept large withdrawal requests, they must first verify it to avoid unwanted or suspicious things.
I don't think the OP needs to state that the team has tricked him because it is listed for him to wait for the verification to complete first.
Saying this is a scam is too quick an assumption in my opinion.

So as I can see from the screenshot, you have made 2 times 500k withdrawal before this, so at that time, they didn’t ask for KYC? Did you cheated somehow in the game and won now? Or are you sure you have not violated any terms of services of the site? If not try to wait for a week and see the status of your situation. If still no positive response then create a thread in Scam Accusations board.

Its too early for this kind of accusation, Duelbits does not have a record of not paying their players if they deserve it, it's your being impatient that causes this anger we've all been saying if they asked for KYC it's because you sign up for this, we're not talking about the small amount it's a big amount, your anxiety gets the worse of you.

The other $500k withdrawal request, if I am judging correctly, was about 4 times within 2 days, which is 2 million dollars withdrawn from an account. This might either be because the other withdrawal was not a success, which they later reversed to the account, or the other few were successful before the other recent withdrawal. If they are successful, it's also enough reason for a new withdrawal delay.

This is an online casino we are talking about here, and only a few online casinos can pay this huge amount of money to their customers within 48 hours. I am not saying the withdrawal was purposefully suspended, but we could also look at it from that angle too. And the technical team will be working all hands on deck to see if there is any suspicious gaming behavior. They will always come up with a solution, I believe. The OP just has to give them time. OP there is not much evidence to back your claim and many people especially new accounts have been accusing top rated gambling platforms on this forum for months, those accusation always come from new accounts, I have read some this 2023 and it's getting annoying.
