It is very complicated in Europe to have Visa cards without KYC. However, this model of the card being linked directly to the wallet is not interesting. What remains is to know the levels of security you will have.

I'm going to hold back at adding Safepal to the list until I get a chance to analyze it, but meanwhile I did add the PayWithUs card. It's a reloadable virtual card so a bit different from most of the others here, which are physical. They kindly allowed me a test balance of $10 for trying the card, and here are the places I've got it working on:

- Internet Archive (a donation)
- AWS - they actually made two verification charges of $0 before actually applying the charge.
- the Tor Project (another donation)
- <that's it. To be honest, I'm having a hard time finding sites that I'd want to spend $1 or $2 on.>

The card cannot be used with Paypal.

You should add information that this card is only Virtual, but seriously why adding them in first place on the top of the list?!  
And why not adding all the other virtual cards that are available for much longer than paywithus, they also have much lower fees and/or better terms?

I just received the invitation to participate in the Bitrefill card. As expected, KYC is required. I haven't done it yet, I don't have much time to analyze everything calmly. But maybe I'll sign up.

Yes, I applied to the waiting list, to get in before the launch. And I now received the email to register.
I only progressed to the moment when he asked me for a copy of my country's passport or citizen ID. Which was expected. I didn't go any further to see if they asked for anything else. But, I'll sign up, and then I'll share the steps.

As for limits, for me they are more than enough. Therefore, I will not do checks for higher levels. For me the most important thing is the rates, if they are really as indicated, it is an excellent card compared to what currently exists on the market.

Is this the 2% deposit rate they have on their fees page?
I'm looking at their FAQ but I don't understand, they take 2% of your deposit but you keep coins or are they automatically converted to fiat?
Has anyone used or got it functional?

I don't know if it's that 2% or not, because it's the exchange rate that is displayed when I try to load the card.
As I haven't loaded anything yet, I don't know if the value is immediately in fiat or if it remains in crypto. But, from the way the information is presented, it seems that the change is made immediately. When I have the opportunity to test it, I'll let you know.

This is acceptable only in case if there are no additional fees with using this card, and even than I am not so sure if it's a good deal.

First time I hear about it, but it looks to be only for solana and tokens on that blockchain.
Top up fee is 5%
