Players need to provide both ID and utility bill or only one of them? Utility bill can be a problem for some people especially those who is still living in their parent's house where the most of the bill is still associated to their parent's name. It can be a problem as well for those who live in a rented house. What kind of utility bills is the most accepted document in your verification system? Electricity? Water? Internet? Anyway, I think ID is more than enough for KYC unless it is in the next level KYC (other casinos has something like 3 KYC level). Level 1 can be with ID, level 2 with utility bill and level 3 with proof of income. Dont you have similar KYC level like this?

That's a rare need for the KYC verification and most users don't want to share their utility bill for the verification. The harder a casino makes the KYC verification process the less members would want to play on those casinos. Most of the players don't really have utility bills and those players would definitely try other casinos if they find those more satisfactory.

Fast action done by management for taking out the KYC requirement on their casino. But you also need to clarify if this is for deposit and withdrawal so there's no people will assume or no confusion will rise regarding on this implementation.
