I would like to hear their explanations as well. It's very strange to see 60 minutes for completing wagering requirements, I have never seen anything like that. Although I agree, we should also look at the situation from the casinos viewpoint. I believe a casino should offer two bonuses, - a high wagering requirement that requires no KYC, and a low wagering requirement BUT requires KYC.
