You can of course get around this relatively easily by using a VPN, for example, to create a new account (or trying to access the account with a different IP address). Unfortunately, this is not a permanent solution either!

Scam accusation need to be posted with enough information and evidence that makes it valid. Valid or not, it will need to be proven by another voice, from the company, not only from the user. At least the user must attach as many available proof as possible for the accusation.
