I'm not convinced this is a bitcoin discussion.
In which section then ?
I just saw his artworks now and ended up visiting his website. It's true that his pieces are captivating and their uniqueness certainly stands out. It's amazing to own such pieces. I think the decision to display art should be balanced with some practicality in mind. It could be displayed in a space that's not too exposed to the public or placed somewhere that can be moved or hidden when necessary. Even when I wear a simple Bitcoin shirt merch outside, I feel a bit hesitant because people might think Im rich or have a large holding even though I dont or they might think Im pretending to be low-key.
happy to introduce you to an artist you like
Definitely you're risking your privacy, it's fine to own art or anything related to Bitcoin, but better to use it for personal instead of letting someone know if you really like Bitcoin. If I were you, I will hide the painting in secret place, just like the way I hide my seed phrase.
Those who hide their works are the ones who buy them just to speculate, whereas I buy them because I like them. So I'd like to admire them and hang them on my wall. But I'm still hesitant. Maybe the artist makes underwear?
Using attributes or trying to draw the bitcoin logo is a form of appreciation that we do because in the end not everyone drawing bitcoin has bitcoin it's the same when a lot of people wear the jersey of a soccer club doesn't mean they are also passionate about football as well as here because it could be that they only know about bitcoin but whether or not they have it may be another situation.
ahahahah, I'll never wear a soccer jersey. Those who do support a club most of the time, don't they?
Your points of view are interesting, but as Helena pointed out, we are sometimes betrayed by our own family and friends. It's a shame, because what this artist does is so cool.
