I have only created a ticket with the ticket id 8984012 and the order id is F-1840244382579735579 ticket is pending from past 10 days. I haven't received any response from them then on. The also calim a 7 days deposit gurantee but as 10 days have already passed they haven't made any progress yet. I have submitted all the requested documents on that said ticket.
