I can understand that it might sound annoyingly redundant as you've provided the information on your ticket [though I literally don't know what information you've given on that ticket, and don't answer that here]. However, I can assure you that they've got all of the information you gave us here: your UID, your ticket ID, and your order ID. I've relayed it to them on the first place.

However, they require you to provide what I sent you by PM, through discord, and we "bypassed" that. So, maybe it'll be best if we stick with the procedure required.
