As far as I know, gambling sites use local agents to deposit and withdraw through local currency. So BC Game doesn't have the right directly to dispute your funds. That means the local agent made the complaint and dispute. I don't think BC Games is aware of this type of dispute, because if they found any suspicious activity on your account, they would lock your account first. I am not ignoring the liabilities of the BC game, but they shouldn't be involved with at least such activities.

However, besides raising the allegation thread, you should write to them through email as well. So they will know about the scam and take action against the local agent. Otherwise that agent would scam more users.

Sorry, I am still inquiring to my contact and we don't have any significant update. The problem [at least from my side] is that this case is rather unique, it's not related to the fiat department as the fund already sent by BC, it's not related to compliance department as it's not about an account, basically it's not specifically related to any division that I can assign to a contact handling that division properly, so I need to assign it to someone that moves interdepartmental, and reaching them is quite tricky.

I am still giving a follow ups and nudges, but we don't have any significant findings worth updatinng.

That's who I reached right the first time I tried to bridge your case. It's not in their jurisdiction as the fund already left BC and safely landed on your bank account. Nor with compliance or other departments, thus, I can only escalate it to someone with that interdepartmental capability.
