Upendo is a solo mining block party - https://upendo.xyz

You can buy hashrate or mine with your Bitaxe, and optionally pick a team to earn a few sats with you.

Teams so far are for bitcoin education projects: LaCrypta, Bitcoin Arusha, Bitcoin Isla, Bitcoin Ekasi etc.

We solo mine bitcoin together on CK Pool, try to mine a block and split the reward, and raise a few sats for these projects along the way.

- Buy hashrate on Upendo.xyz
- Send hashrate from your own miner to our CK Pool address

Key points

- Hashrate is bought on Rigly (our hash marketplace), NiceHash or Mining Rig Rentals
- We mine to a shared escrow address on CKPool https://solo.ckpool.org/users/3Gk1GfP3bHA6M2ZzK5mHdqbWN1iNsqAenH
- We have not hit a block yet, although we did come close (129 T difficulty share) back in May
- If/when we do hit a block, we will share payout info here (so others may verify)

Other

We run our block party every few weeks, with an eye on increasing the frequency as demand grows.
