I guess getting that type of email depends on whether they consider you a VIP or not, and since I haven't been placing big bets on MineBit, pretty sure I'm just a regular user. 
I've also asked the MineBit team if the email is legit, and they confirmed it is. As for the response time, no idea, probably depends on when that VIP Manager checks their inbox again.

Not yet, no response by email but short response by telegram only asking "how can I help you" then I forwarded the email to her but no response after it.

The surprising part is when I tried to withdraw this winning, my withdrawal request was rejected/cancelled immediately then I received an email saying that additional review of my winning is required.

This is the first time I experience additional review of winning like this while the amount cant be considered as huge enough as I have won bigger amount in different casino with the same provider but they have never done additional review.
Fortunately, they additional review was done in few hours only and they sent a follow up email informing me that the winning is legitimate so I can make a new withdrawal request.
