0trace Partner Program: open signup, 2FA and a more useful API

We've reworked how partners join and work with 0trace.

Open signup, no approval
Get API now takes you straight to signup. Enter an email and a password, and the account is active immediately: API keys, your referral link and the partner cabinet are ready right away. No application to wait on.

Account security
- Optional two-factor authentication with any authenticator app. Each code works once.
- Showing your API keys now asks for your password (and code, with 2FA). An open browser session alone isn't enough to copy them.
- Change your password yourself in the cabinet. Changing your password or 2FA signs out every other browser.
- Webhook secrets are now stored encrypted, like API secrets. Nothing changes on your side.

API updates
- refundAddress is now optional inapi/v1/create.
- New `profitUsd` field inapi/v1/order,api/v1/create and order webhooks: your earnings on the order in USD, the same figure as in your cabinet. It's an estimate until the order is DONE and final after that.
Both are additive, so existing integrations keep working unchanged.

However, we primarily provide a private API. The "private" aspect here applies mainly to the partner—anyone can use our API. That said, we reserve the right to conduct post-moderation of specific partners; if we discover that a partner is abusing the API, we will consider appropriate measures, including deactivation.
