Bitcoin today is the most recognized asset that can be sent to anyone around the world, due to it massive growth.
First, I want to give you what I thought about this statement. I do not think the reason behind Bitcoin can be send anyone around the world is because of its massive growth. From the very start, when Bitcoin was unpopular, Bitcoin can still be sent to anyone around the world because of its boundless specification.
Bitcoin was already global when it launched, so anyone can send Bitcoin anywhere in the world as long as both people are using the technology.
In conclusion, the growth of Bitcoin is helped by the combination of decentralization, security, scarcity, adoption, community support, technological innovation and growing global awareness.
Together all this contribute to it's active resilience and development.
I think the one most connected to the massive growth of Bitcoin is adoption. Adoption came from people who use and buy Bitcoin. Even if Bitcoin has those factors, if there is no adoption, Bitcoin can never have massive growth globally.
We can also ask ourselves if those people who adopt Bitcoin actually use those features you mentioned. As far as I observed, most people are only for investment adoption, but not actual usage adoption.
