The moment for the US to establish a clear regulatory framework for crypto has finally come. Senators have been debating for long whenever to pass or not this important piece of legislation. Other countries are already moving one step ahead in this regard. Like Russia opening its doors towards the legalization of crypto. In the US, there has been some backlash from banks and Democrats in making the Clarity Act a reality. They probably hate crypto, as they're part of the deep state.
Seeing how currency regulation plays out in some countries, one certainly wouldn't want this industry to go through the "meat grinder" of regulation.

Despite the setbacks, do you think the Clarity Act will pass? Or will it become a failure? What will be the impact of such legislation on crypto if approved? Good, or bad?
Well have to wait. We wont know anything until at least the autumn (september). I expect the Clarity Act to be adopted, after all, the bill has been put forward for consideration. The regulation of an entire industry is at stake, so I assume this issue can't be left unresolved.
It will undoubtedly have a positive impact on business, the Clarity Act, as it will establish rules that are clear to everyone. However, it is unlikely to benefit the average user, since their interests are the regulator's least concern. It seems to me that this law will shift the landscape from "digital financial freedom" toward a lack thereof. To what extent? Well find out later.
