As simple as it is, one isnt supposed to actually be suffering in the name on holding or trying to build portfolio. Bitcoin accumulation is supposed to be done without feeling the pressure. that way, you cant even think of selling premature. However situations can happen that you may be out of you emergency fund and your only option is to fall back to your holding for surviving the moment, there is absolutely nothing wrong in that, and I also support that with my full chest, and you must not even buy the portion you sold back at the very moment you are out of the situation I feel just keeping to your routine of buying should be just enough.
Suffering in order to merry much later in the future is normal, people are very much open to this but, when it causes you a great deal of pain to endure, I dont think its worth it.
I spoke with a friend that has some holdings recently and he said, he had intentions to take loans for some project. The first question I asked him was, do you have Bitcoin holdings (since I knew him to be into Bitcoin and ought to be building some portfolio) and he answers yes.
I was relived with his answer and then when I asked why then does he need to take loans for a project, he went ahead to respond that, there wasnt any need for him to liquidate his asset over a loan since, he was actively working and could meet up the loan payment within a fair period of time.
I take it to be the right kind of idea, it isnt exactly suffering to hold but, balancing between having an asset that you can fall back to in times that things get critical and still having to make and archive your aims/goals.
