I see myself as very strict against ADR-hopping, that is, jumping from one ADR to another until you get the favorable outcome. And since I am spearheading CH dispute section, I've been trying hard to reinforce that once a case is escalated and handled by CH, no other attempt of ADR is allowed and the verdict made by CH is binding and final. And as that, CH also respect AG's ruling and will have to mark the case as resolved, under verdict by other ADR.

It is not about me turning blind eyes of what they probably did or did not do. Rather, me enforcing what I try to establish as the rules here, upon cases I mediated. One case, one ADR, one chance. It’s actually very simple. Once you violated a term on a casino then everything that you done there was already void to begin with since you are illegally using their service.

You are wagering a huge amount of money so I doubt you never read the ToS if you are allowed to play there. Normal gambler will be cautious to deposit once they saw their country of origin listed on restricted country even if you are out of country ATM when you gamble.

Sounds unfair to void 800K on your side but you shouldn’t give the casino any reason to legally confiscate it.

They blocked my account due to violation of Terms 10.3. Which states they are allowed to close and block accounts who they deem to have been playing from a restricted jurisdiction.
As such, they voided my entire balance.

However, the same terms, 10.3, states that whatever balance in wallet at the time of closure will be refunded back as soon as possible if found to have been playing from a restricted jurisdiction.
Which means, they should not have even voided my entire balance, instead, they should have refunded my $800K. You see the issue here?

Then, the police would notify the casino which doesn't even have a physical office. It could take months or years for them to respond, or they might never respond at all. The police might then start investigating because the casino ignored the notice—an act considered a crime of non-compliance. Your case could go to court, leading to the evidentiary phase where you’d have to present proof.

Even if the court ruled against the casino, I highly doubt they actually completed proper KYC with the Anjouan licensing authority; I certainly don't believe they submitted real details, like actual passports or real names. They usually submit data for a company that doesn't even have a headquarters in the country where it was registered. In this way, the casino owner won't be punished instead, the company that owns the casino will be. Think of a shell company set up in a remote country; in this specific case, the company is Crea Tech Dynamics.

If you search for Crea Tech Dynamics, you'll see that it is located in Jacô, Garabito, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. but exactly where in Puntarenas? You won't find it.
