I think Bitcoins main strength is that the rules are hard to change. The supply is limited, nobody can just create more, and you can hold it yourself without relying on a bank.
Price and institutions matter, but theyre not the foundation. If the network keeps working through crashes and bad markets, that says more about Bitcoins strength than the price chart.
The decentralized system of Bitcoin gives it the strength because it makes it unique; no one can temper with it, that is why it is our financial freedom because you dont expect anyone to come and change something just because they have say in Bitcoin.
Moreover, Bitcoin have limited supply, and once we have high demand, the price will automatically go higher and for the fact that miners rewards is always halved after every four years, Bitcoin will keep having value, this is the reason why it is unique.
You can also hold Bitcoin without anyone knowing if you use your personal address, no third party will be involved in your investment which means you are financially free from any institution that can temper with your wealth, and you spend whenever you want without going through stress or seeking for permission from any person.
