Unfortunately, Ive also a problem with Kikabet.
I registered at kikabet on 21st August. As long as you dont win any money, everything runs smoothly. My deposits were credited quickly and correctly.
Last weekend I had a bit of luck with my bets and wanted to withdraw a small amount.
As a result, my account was initially restricted. I cancelled my first withdrawal and requested a larger one. Now my account is blocked.
Of course, you could say its only been a few days. Give them more time... but I have enough experience to know when something is fishy.
Im not getting a reply by email. Nobodys replying to me in chat either. If I use a new browser and I am not logged in, I get a member of staff on chat straight away. As soon as I explain what the issue is and give my details, I dont get a further reply.
Fortunately, Id taken screenshots beforehand that can prove everything.
Im not expecting much help, but I want to issue a clear warning about this Casino. For now, at least. Theres still a tiny glimmer of hope that everything will turn out well.
In the end, though, Kikabet will probably just make some wild accusation that Ive breached some rule or other.
Incidentally, Ive also been ignored in the Kikabet thread so far.
