I just want to advise on the importance of not panic selling and having a long-term strategy:
I bought some XC at 196000 satoshi on 06/02/14. Within 24-hours the price started plummeting. I had that urge to panic sell because of fear of never being able to recoup losses; however, experience has taught me that crypto is very volatile and manipulated. If you trade on emotions you will be the loser. Let's face it: in this game, in order for there to be winners, there has to be more losers out there; someone will end up holding bags. Don't let that be you! I didn't panic sell, and I held onto my (at the time worthless) XC for 1 month and 1 day. On 07/03/14, the price of XC started going up again, and at the first opportunity I sold once the price was higher than what I paid for. Did I buy WC at a higher price than what it is today? Yes. Am I currently staking my coins? Absolutely! And WC isn't the only coin I stake either. Am I going to sell at a loss? Nope. I will hold onto WC and all of my other investments as long as I have to. Lesson: be patient, never panic sell, and never sell at a loss.
well said.
one interesting scenario - if whitecoin hits 500s (which would be 0.003 usd - right now its at 0.0005 usd) before next btc bullrun, then even 0.015-0.15 usd would not be out of reach

(and litecoin levels would be in crazy run territory - which would be 1wc = 1 usd)
We have IRL businesses that invested in WC (at much higher prices) and this downward pressure is clearly manipulation so you decide what you want Whitecoin to be and remember that now its not just us "crypto nerds" in WC, outside investors are looking at WC and Altcoin investments, do you think that this manipulation is good for our industry or does anyone care?
Ill keep buying, mining and staking regardless as the future is bright because eventually we will own all their WC
