added a NEW cpu miner version for windows 64bit users and source code just now.
supports win x64 sse2, sse4, avx2 cpu's (intel or amd)
with a brand new cheat mode..
6 builds are included so 3 are cheat mode and 3 are normal (both with my newest current optimizations)
