Nxt uses something called a brainwallet. Each password combination opens an account so capitals, spaces, punctuation matter.



So Password

will open one account and

jcnDrRfghcweD3£13d"£f4g3Bv34rvb$4wFVC322

will open a completely different one. You don't 'create' them as such.

What´s the difference between "returning user" and "new account" ? I mean both of them creates a new account !?

new account - new

Former re-uses existing account.
Latter creates new account.

If you use the same password, you use the same account.

Maybe, you need a better explanation.

I assume you know Facebook. There, you log in with your PUBLIC email-address and your PRIVATE passphrase.

However, the PUBLIC part is superfluous in Nxt.

Think of it as having your email-address encoded right into your passphrase.
