My wallet is asking me to update, but when I click 'OK', I get the following message:
"The hash of the downloaded update does not equal the one supplied by the blockchain. Aborting update."
What do I need to do to fix this?
download it again @ nxtclient.org
it is a bug in the saved blockhash. Just install it over the old files, nothing more.
Ok, thanks for the info.
Is it necessary to update though? Because everything seems to work fine as it is.
It was no critical update, but you will need to do it sometimes, because I don't know if you can even install newer versions with that bug. Dunno though.
I've got the same problem as T-800 when trying to update/upgrade ..
And everything 'works fine' with the version I've got ..
Went to the download site to install the new 'one click' client .. and nada
I've successfully downloaded a file titled "nxt-wallet-win-setup-1.2.2-nrs-1.1"
But it didn't self install on top of the existing client and I can't seem to 'open' it
or make any other command do anything with it .. ( Sucks being 62 and stupid

)
Any thoughts ?? I'm OK with 1.1.4 ( since it works other than the reminders to upgrade )
Triff ..
