I am not 100% sure, but I think it is like that.
For first year you get 10% so per day it is 10/365 Days= 0.02739726027%
If you have 100k coin, per day you would get (100000*0.0002739726027 ) 27.397260274 coins.
Full weight means that if you don't open you wallet for long time after 100 days you won't get more coin.
For example:
You open wallet after 10 days, you get 273.97260274 coins
You open wallet after 100 days, you get 2739.7260274 coins
You open wallet after more than 100 days, you still get 2739.7260274 coins!
So you need to open wallet at least every 100 days, to get all POS interests.
