The best way to make update is put information about that in piggy wallet.

Make a bold note that : In 10-05-2014 wallet will change fork and you need to update it.
If everyone will see it in wallet they will make it.

Personally I do not care 1,000,000,000 limitation if it would be good to allow the exchange transactions that amount (but I guess that does not depend on you).
If you think it would be good that the stake is produced regardless of the amount of the transfer within the limitation of 1,000,000,000 CENT (maybe even that would help to Cryptsy, Swisscex, etc. .. allow tanks and larger withdrawals).
