He didn't miss posts; he paid the wrong prices. If you go through the people he paid and calculate their posts at the time they were to be paid, then divide that into their payment, you'll see that after he raised the prices (and a full week went by) he was still paying based on the old rates.

It says in the OP that 600 constructive posts are needed. First I think that is a stupid requirement because advertising is advertising and people will see it no matter what you post. Regardless I probably do 5-10 posts per day so free to read through and decide what is constructive.

If by constructive posts you mean more than a single sentence, then sure. But people arent usually writing quality articles in a forum post.

You only need to post 50 times a month minimum to get paid.  600 is the maximum post count you can get paid for in this sig campaign.
