I told ya two weeeks ago was something fishy and i dont believe the sick shit either, he a scammer and thats that, ya should have left two weeks ago and put the scam abuse report.

yeah I understand that and feel bad for the lot of you, I had a bad feeling soo I went with it, I lost 50 posts but rather lose 50 then 300,  xbtec is gettting risky also, I was hoping for competition against PD guess I was wrong about these new sigs.  They gonna have to do escrow i hey want me to join and I mean at least for 5 months to prove there stable if not Im not joining them.

I think someone noticed a double spend attack from updown and somehow suspended all txns from the last 2 weeks. Now they have been released.

I guess he will pay you. UpDown is one of the BitcoinFoundation Gold Member(https://bitcoinfoundation.org/members/)  ,that means they donated 100 thousands dollars to the foundation,so I think they won't run away for so little money.
Maybe he have came across some issue with his healthy,he mentioned this case.
So , just clam down and give him more times.

yeah but they are scammers among the foundation, just can you can buy a membership dont mean your an honest person,  i think this guy has advertising else where and we have to infiltrate it and show others that he is scamming people, right now he is scamming since he didnt show up to update us when he knew there are issues here.

Maybe his gambling site has been rigged?

I have gambled on his site a few times (2 wins, 3 loses) and the results were correct.

I will be leaving negative feedback in +-6 hours, since I gave him 24 hours extra to make the payment. It's 3.42AM over there right now, which means that he won't do much for at least 4 hours.
