claim with email? someone will claim more than once using VPN, proxy or other way. even with 1 gmail, he can claim more than once

More then 20 post, account has to be older then when this coin was announced. You could not log in with VPN, or proxy. This also stopped some of us from registering and we were not using anything special like that.
