Just don't leave any money there. They aren't being forthcoming. Anything you leave there, you should be prepared to lose.

EXTREME caution when entering any details on websites that have not been confirmed ie the link they sent me(
don't enter your cryptsy details as there is no actual confirmation that this website is even owned by cryptsy) I checked it out and this is a screen shot of the page.

Cryptsys website still looks the same probably still accepting deposits. I don't want to speculate but if this is malicious then they have access to a phone number I use which is unsettling.
