Is the android app updated to the latest version ? as I cant download the win version

I don't believe it is, Andre had ported the Bitcoin-j : i think he will have to update the source there as well. If it isn't updated close to fork it will be removed from the available wallets.

When I tried the 1st time in February, I think, it did not work for me.

Today, I let update all the blocks first, and then tried sending (of my wallet V3.0.0 on windows pc) of 0.1CSC + 0.4CSC for, wallet on Android.

It went smoothly. The sound of coins falling to indicate that received money, really nice.

Then I sending back to my wallet on the PC, and also went well, except the time it took to this last operation: 11 minutes (should only have taken 3 ....)

BTW: There are now transaction costs between CSC wallets. It seems that this serves to pay the NODE services that process the transaction.

I would like to know more about this subject. What is necessary to be a NODE?

After block 1575000 other nodes will refuse the Android wallet connections so move the coins before the fork.

with your explorer is easier to understand the movements of about 600K CSC in the last 24 hours, the list of the richest, etc.

If possible, expands the list of the richest, to 250 or 300 wallets ....

If a lot of hashing power comes in, the diff spikes. When they leave and hashing power decreases, the remaining miners have to beat the diff spike. Over time blocks will be produced both quickly and slowly at varying times, but we expect to produce a block every 30 - 45 seconds on average over the long run regardless.
