I don't think there is much to do at this point. You could try contacting the police or some lawyer in Sweden, but it will take time and money and I don't know if it will help.

Their finance department is not manufacturing, packing or shipping so it seems like it is time to get a group together to recover the money via a law firm in Sweden. Unlike China, Swedish law is workable and accessible.

The really funny thing is that they claimed in the past to have so many refund requests that they are working constantly on the payment.

Now, Kurt - you also may call him Lyingbot - claims the following on the KnC-Forum:

Lyingbot once again proves what KnC is: A bunch of crooks.

However, Lyingbot's statement could be used in the future at a court of law to show that it is definitively a decision of the management to withold payments.

You guys should email the Bitcoin Foundation with prove and get KnC delisted as a "Platinum Member". Their membership at TBF is giving newbies a false sense of security.

Again, the whole Bitcoin community needs to stop pre-ordering from these company's with expected mfg and shipping dates. There needs to be some kind of escrow in place so they do not get the money until the order is out for shipping. The pre-mining pre-order crap is getting way out of hand, we know these company's "burn in" *cough* MINE *cough* your hardware months before you get it.

Just a little hint: Do some research about the persons who write the responses on behalf of KnC. Kindly remind them that you hold them personally responsible for the content of their mail and also kindly tell them what you know about their sometimes not so legal past. I guarantee you that you'll get your refunds pretty quickly.
