Don't think it's too late to buy, investors will still make a nice return up to HWC launch event.
Think this project is still very undervalued and will go farther post initial pegging to first 1:1 transactors.
Realistically, I predict this initial HWC will move index to around $0.11/CANN
May go higher long-term, but just after 1st event, reckon $0.11 , what do you guy's reckon?
$0.20 by the end of Monday
$0.50 by the end of October.
$1 by the end of year or before.
This even is realistic and whole point is to introduce patients to CANN. Once it's on TV and they start telling their friends and family. This will explode pretty quickly.

To be honest, I'd be really surprised (pleasantly) if injected volume would take to $0.20 after just initial event. Around $0.11 in my opinion would be more realistic.
$0.50 would be sweet
but if you think about it,
that's a 9.4x from it's current price, businesses take time to proliferate. +$0.50 range I expect will come more longer-term if project gains/sustains traction.
