Just started mining on fresh.pool.mn and this user keeps popping up with a hashrate of like 1,500,000,000 khs , makes about 15 to 20 billion shares in a few minutes and vanishes until a new block pops. Is that normal?  It seems like it tanks everyone's rewards for the day. Sorry Im kinda new to mining.
