Hot after introducing the new "report abuse" link, I received a PM report about a potential signature abuse. Following a thorough investigation, I have discovered that two enrollments in this campaign are the same person that has another account also enrolled in a competitors' campaign.

I had my suspicions about these enrollments last month but didn't have any positive evidence. Now I do. Thanks, anonymous reporter! Both these accounts have positive links to a known third account. In following with my standard mode of operation, I will not reveal that account's identity at this time; however it is also barred from this campaign.
