Sterlingcoin has been in prelaunch since the 2nd of August and is released in 9 days at 10pm GMT/BST on the 20th of September.

Bittrex have confirmed Sterlingcoin to be added to the exchange prior to us launching and the market will go live within 24/48 hours roughly from the wallets being available.

You can still pre-register on the mining pool.

The only downside is the pricing though. Sending an SMS to any country in the world would cost a flat rate of 29 Eurocents, which is quite expensive if you ask me. The BitSMS folks realized this would put off a lot of people, so they made some changes! - JP Buntinx
