    Did you create an account and see how it works? Why not?

    They are creating SDC number + 15% PART = 7,640,000 PART...
    So 100% of SDC will be "converted"... maybe a tiny rump network will keep running with "community" Devs... so what?

    I did create an account, but there is not any more info there...

    The 0.15$ does not make any sense. They should update the FAQ to make it more clear. The txfee for BTC is higher than 0.15$, I am not even going to test a deposit until some clarification is given...

    SDC current price is $1.86 and marketcap of around $12 million for the 6.641 million SDC in circulation.

    How are they pegging the price for the ICO to the value in $ for the milestones?

    Current SDC swapped is 674950 (20.33% of goal 3.320 miliion). And on the fiat equivalent it is 33% of $250000 or 11% of $750000 to the tune of $82500.

    At the current price of SDC that is already $1.254 million + some $0.15.

    Once deposited and the transaction shows up in the portal, you will get a 24hour counter to send X BTC PREMIUM for 15% of the 100 SDC i.e. 15 PART for $15 (first five days, after which this will change depending on variable based on market price). The choice to take the premium is yours and expires after 24 hours.

    Hope that makes it clear.

    I transfered my SDC to Particl. Even some BTC to get that 15%. The transsaction says SENDING with time counting in 13 hours. No idea what that means...

    Komodo was ICO and rebrand bitcoindark coin and start from the ground with all new inlude new chain and genesis block.
    They took all comunity and allow swap all bitcoindark coins to new Komodo token (even with bonus). Separately was buying in ICO Komodo for only BTC. So Komodo team (Devs from bitcoindark+maybe few other) make new comlicated project but they take comunity with you to new Komodo platform allow all swap they bitcoind dark.
    And Komodo is very promising at this moment.

    But is 2 big difference:
    bitcoindark comunity voting about start from ground with new token and they know about swap their coins and voting.
    SDC ninja relase this fact. And it make a panic and dump on market. Even if they have almost finished working marketplace ninja info with no consult with comunity SDC make this bad news and make panic.

    bitcoindark holders have ONE YEAR to swap they cins to Komodo.
    SDC holders have 4 weeks. If someone dont read about this he lose all.

    WHY on ICO Particl site convert "Goal" SDC is max 3 320 000 if SDC coins is many more?
    And everywhere wrote that everybody who have SDC can participate in Particl so what happen if SDC changed to Part hit Goal 3 320 000 ?? ist  a limit ? And what with people who have yet more SDC ?

    And second question why wrote that only SDC holders can participate in Particl if on www site particl I see USD dollar bars ? 250-500-750$. So everybody can buy Particl for simply transfer USD (but strenght not btc) Huh I dont want register account to check it myself so can someone answers for my questions ?
